    We are selling the land with a full planing,and preliminary design

    Regarding the owner right,that is the part of the new Property ownership law that will be adopted on next Parlaiment meeting...Law says that foreigner can own up to 5000sqm on his own name,in the case that particular land has object on and houses you can buy even now on your name
