Senior C&B Officer, Brandname Westen Bank
- Base pay system optimization, salary survey result analysis and regular salary reviews management. Taking part in total compensation implementation project.
- Job evaluation and analysis, grading system update and its integration with all C&B activities as well as with other HR processes.
- Design, administration and efficiency analysis of sort- and long-term variable pay programs.
- Taking part in performance management and target setting process. Management by objectives coordination and supervision of the respective sort-term incentive program.
- Benefit programs control and optimization. Preparing internal regulations providing guidelines for benefits eligibility and respective processes.
- Taking part in international compensation & benefits project implementation.
- Design and implementation of the local mobility practice, international assignments’ C&B issues coordination.
- Control over C&B programs compliance with labor and tax legislation, as well as Russian and International accounting standards.
- Ongoing HR costs analysis and forecasting, methodological control over reporting process.
- Taking part in the HR costs budgeting process. Ongoing budget execution control (Recruitment, training costs etc.)
- Headcount management process organization, main employees’ efficiency KPI analysis, headcount / FTE modeling.
- Methodological control over headcount reporting standards. Headcount / HR function efficiency surveys participation.
- At least 2,5 years experience in compensation & benefits
- Participation in salary surveys
- Job evaluation, grading and base pay structure implementation
- Designing variable pay programs
- Participation in HR costs budgeting
- Taking part in design or administration of long-term equity based programs of experience in pension plans
