Our projects range from a search engine optimization to a full service IT outsourcing and we offer everything from custom application development to dedicated servers, co-location and managed services, making SysIQ the one-stop-shop for all ecommerce needs. Our customers are large and established retail brands – both in the US and worldwide. Due to our significant expansion and business volume growth we are looking for talented and experienced professionals to join the management team at our Development and Support Center in Kiev, Ukraine.
You will use your business, people, and leadership skills to inspire and drive exceptional performance of a rapidly growing company. We seek an experienced and fully qualified HR Lead, who would be driving the talent attraction and retention programs, would establish, roll-out, and maintain HR processes to be in line with company growth and development. Ideally, the person should have the IT industry background and knowledge, specifically, he/she should know the IT outsourcing competitive background in Ukraine and be proficient with the respective statutory/labor legislation and standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior management on formulating and executing the talent vision and respective HR strategies and objectives
  • Formulate and execute upon the talent attraction and recruitment policy of the company
  • Actively participate in the recruiting process, coach and train recruiters and personnel involved in a candidate selection process
  • Setup the HRM system, formulate and implement HR procedures in areas of recruitment, talent on-boarding, retention, benefits, training & development, performance assessments
  • Administer employee benefits program, monitor its competitiveness, proactively develop and adjust benefits to ensure company workplace attractiveness
  • Participate in employee grading, compensation and motivation system design and roll-out
  • Administer and facilitate the employee performance review process, conduct 360 degree reviews
  • Actively PR the company internally and externally as the employer of choice, organize internal events and participate in the external events to drive this objective
  • Ensure full legal and statutory compliance of company compensation systems and practices, high health and safety standards of the company workplace
  • Coach company managerial (team leads) and senior (developers) staff, ensure follow through on individual development plans and training objectives
  • Execute upon the training plans (professional, technical, managerial skills, other) for employees, organize and administer trainings and work with trainers to ensure high quality of internal and external trainings
  • Manage HR staff, carry full responsibility for HR recordkeeping for statutory and payroll purposes (ensure timely and accurate information collection and dissemination between departments)
  • Manage relations and contracts with external service providers such as agencies, job portals, freelancers

Candidate requirements:

  • Higher professional education in areas of personnel management, sociology, psychology, humanitarian studies
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in progressively senior HR roles, preferably with the US / Western companies in Ukraine
  • Proven track and experience in the setup of HR processes in a rapidly growing / expanding company
  • Proven leadership track in areas of compensation and motivation systems setup
  • Mature, hard-working, communicative, able to set priorities and to execute upon agreed plans
  • Tolerant to change; able to manage and execute in an unstructured environment under stress and extreme loads
  • Management experience of directly reporting HR staff is required
  • Fluent English is a must, both oral and written
  • Ukrainian residency / work permit required
