… is a worldwide consumer finance leader and the first international company with consumer finance license at Kazakhstan market. The company provides financing for consumer goods and furniture.
In order to strengthen the team in Kazakhstan market, we are searching for a Sales Development Manager.
Place of work: Kazachstan / Alma Ata

Your Profile:

  • University education — mathematical, economical or technical background
  • Experience in consumer finance — at least 3 years
  • Very good analytical, logical and numerical skills
  • Loyal, communicative and diligent personality
  • Dynamic, proactive and sales oriented personality
  • High level of flexibility, motivation and independence
  • Strong leadership, people development skills, ability to transfer knowledge and motivate;
  • Ability to grow with the challenge
  • Fluent English is a must; Czech or Russian is advantage

Your tasks:

  • Coordination of new region opening in cooperation with other departments — model definition, hiring, office preparation
  • Controlling and developing POS (Point of Sales) opening process
  • Management of fees structure of the network
  • Develop and maintain customer relations
  • Sales plans development for Key Account Manager
  • Development of Key Account network (regional and national wide)
  • Reporting for Sales network
  • Weekly plans reviews
  • Sales planning management
