Quantity:

100,000 tons min. monthly, One year contract for 12 months.

First shipment 50,000tons and After two shipments, Quantity will be 100,000tons monthly

if seller could supply more we can increase to 200,000tons monthly.

Target Price:

FOB
Vladivostok port

Destination:

Laizhou port in China

Payment:

Irrevocable Non-transferable Document Letter of Credit issued by Primary Bank for 100% of one shipment value,

payable within 5 days upon receipt of shipping documents at LC issuing bank.

REMARK: PROCEDURE

  1. Buyer sends LOI or
    ICPO
  2. Seller, sends FCO to the Buyer for signature.
  3. Seller sends the contract to buyer for acceptance.
  4. Seller’s bank notifies the buyer’s bank that they are ready to issue
    operative 2% PB to

the buyer.

  1. Buyer’s bank issue conditional operative DLC to seller
  2. Seller’s bank issue 2% P-Bond to activate the buyer’s DLC.
  3. Shipment commences as per contract.
