- Release deployments: Deploy new app's versions on UAT and PROD environments.
- Change management: Support current SDLC from change management perspective in ServiceNow
- Knowledge: Maintain and fulfil existing Confluence knowledge base with new articles, runbooks and procedures.
- Monitoring: Pro-active monitoring for app's environment. Geneos system maintenance and configuration.
- Automation: For current routin manual processes (scripting, requesting new features from dev's, processes change.)
Senior engineer- installing, maintaining TranzWare family software by Compass Plus (TW Online, TW Card Management System, TW Interchange, TW Messaging Gate, TWRBP, TW Fraud Analyzer, TW Mobile Banking, TW Internet Banking, TW Card Factory)
- understanding and implementation of PCIDSS standards in work
- supporting users via Jira (by Atlassian)
- filling and maintaining the Knowledge Base (Confluens by Atlassian) of common problems, questions and recommendations
- basic knowledge of Oracle database, ability to analyze and write SQL queries
- basic knowledge of RHEL (ssh, bash scripts)
- basic understanding of how virtualization works (VMWare Sphere)
- basic knowledge of XML
- working with Zabbix monitoring system
- in light of the above deep knowledge of how card processing works (both sides: software and business)
IT engineer- responsible for internet bank for legal entities
- making distributive/installing/teaching how to work with internet banking software
- support clients in all possible ways (by phone, by e-mail, personally)
