    1. Define & communicate local HR processes (e.g: PPPs)
    2. Operation of some HR processes within country: recruitment, development plans, training
    3. Accountable for Associate advocacy for some associates in country supported (non-managers)

    3. Consult associates/managers on AR issues
    4. Consult associates on their career/development
    5. Ensure fulfilment of recruitment plan for hubsite: work with suppliers, conduct assessment centres (CIS and Eastern Europe)
    6. Work out and facilitate employer branding programs
    7. Carry on activities necessary to implement expert centre projects locally
    8. Be a resource for organising/facilitation of trainings locally
    9. Work on expert centre projects for the region.
