2. Start-up of new business in Russia: milk processing factory (2010-2011). Working as business consultant I was involved to full cycle of milk processing factory launch (PTP Novoe, www.spodvorie.ru):
2.1. Business and investment plans creation.
2.2. Interaction with banks for credit receipt.
2.3. Milk processing factory launch (in Pereslavl-Zalesskiy, productivity 50t of milk per 1 day, trade mark: Selskoe Podvorie).
2.4. Development and launch of the following: assortment, prices, positioning, contracts, team creation.
2.5. Responsibility for marketing, sales and logistic departments’ creation.
2.6. Selection and negotiations with strategic clients.
3. Business process optimization in 2008 (samples of projects I was involved):
- as Project Director in Business Optimization Department of Eldorado company (largest Russian household appliances and electronics retailer with turnover in 2007 in 6,4 bln. USD): merge of hundreds companies of Eldorado Holding into one legal entity to prepare for IPO or selling to strategic investor (finally it was PPF Fund, please see link with official results of project I was involved http://rt.com/business/news/czech-ppf-eldorado-acquisition-123/; http://www.ppfgroup.nl/en/ppf-group-portfolio/consumer-electronics-retailing/eldorado.html).
- as Project Director in Business Optimization Department of Eldorado company: merge of 383 digital stores (selling of mobile phones and accessories) of Eldorado Digital Stores into one legal entity to prepare for selling to strategic buyer (finally it was MTS – main Russian telecommunication company, please see link with official results of project I was involved http://www.mtsgsm.com/news/2009-04-01-27362).
4. Business plans and investment proposals development: for cow farm, pig farm and milk processing factory as business consultant (for PTP Novoe in 2009-2011); Head of Project office in Komus company (2010) – office supplies with turnover 1 bln. USD (administration of 70 most important investments projects of company; Project Management Rules development); many business plans and economic calculation tables I did within 12 years under request of Clients (in different fields: curtains, auto service, trainings, garment etc).
5. 6. Branding and advertising projects. Working as Project Manager for BBDO Moscow (OmniCom) and G2 (WPP), participation and management of whole-Russia programs for large companies as Vympelcom (telecom), BAT, Mars, Gillette etc; fulfillment branding projects according requests from many other Clients (as business consultant).
