Originally I come from Latvia (country of former Soviet Union), and for two and a half years working for american research company Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), where I started my career as an Analyst Intern, responsible for recruiting in Russia and documents translation from English into Russian, later I was promoted to a Research Analyst and recently became a Senior Research Analyst, responsible for company’s experts and partner firms base expansion in Russia & CIS countries. Prior to my experience in the corporate sector, I have been working for five years in educational field. For four years, I was a Chess Trainer in Riga Chess School. Later I pursued my career in youth development organization AIESEC Latvia, where I was responsible for new projects development, implementation and mentorship of project managers in the organization. Additionally to my current employment, I am an active member of young entrepreneurs' organization Junior Chamber International (JCI) , where currently I am holding a position of Director for Training and a Member of Toastmasters International. I am fluent in Russian, Latvian, English and have a basic knowledge of German and Spanish.
